We handle all aspects of the estate sale, including organization, set-up, pricing, research utilizing our library as well as the latest online pricing sources, merchandising, advertising and all bookkeeping, security and hosting during the actual sale.
We provide tables, linens, display cases, locking cases for jewelry, props, etc. to set up each sale in an organized and pleasing fashion. We have decades of experience with antiques, collectibles and household furnishings and pride ourselves on being a full service liquidation service.

Each of our sales are showcased online so our estate sale attendees can view items before the sale and plan for the event. We never pre-sell items, so our customers know that what we advertise will be offered for sale when we open
ALL FREE OF CHARGE- we take care of ALL advertising expenses.
Sales can often be conducted with short notice.
If we are booked and would not be able to assist you, we network with only the best estate sale companies in Chicago and will be happy to refer you to one of them.

If you do not have enough for an estate sale, but have Jewelry, Collectibles, Crystal, Sterling Silver, etc. that you would like to sell, Christine can list these items on eBay for you, handle all of the details and send you a check after the items sell.
Our commission on all consignment eBay sales is 30% + eBay & PayPal fees.

APPRAISALS
Christine Acosta, C.A.G.A & Cesilio Acosta, C.A.G.A are certified personal property appraisers and active members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. Appraisals can be conducted for individual items, collections, antiques and partial or whole estates as needed. We work on an hourly rate or flat rate fee depending on the project.
